• Review and verify financial payments related to maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance requests for properties.
• Coordinate with entities for maintenance contracts.
• Implement field inspection programs and submit recommendations.
• Participate in the annual maintenance budget preparation.
• Prepare maintenance reports and analyze performance.
• Take part in acceptance committees for maintenance works.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
