AtkinsRalis seeks a highly skilled Structural Engineer (Civil/Structure) for Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on overseeing structural aspects of iconic highrise buildings, requiring extensive UAE experience and strong knowledge of local codes.

You will collaborate with design and construction teams, perform site inspections, reviews, and technical liaison with authorities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in civil/structural engineering (Masters preferred) and PE license is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from a reputable institution (Masters preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent preferred.
• 10–15 years of UAE experience in structural engineering with highrise/tower focus.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes and construction practices.
• Site supervision experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in ETABS and SAP2000 or similar.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with a proven track record in overseeing the structural aspects of highrise building projects specifically in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices coupled with a strong understanding of site operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the construction of iconic skysers in one of the worlds most dynamic and fastpaced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and oversight on all structural engineering aspects transportation projects ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to review and evaluate structural drawings specifications and calculations.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess structural integrity identify potential risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Monitor the progress of structural works onsite ensuring adherence to approved designs specifications and quality standards.
• Work closely with contractors subcontractors and suppliers to resolve any structuralrelated issues or challenges encountered during construction.
• Review and approve method statements shop drawings and material submittals related to structural works.
• Conduct regular structural assessments and provide recommendations for strengthening or modification as necessary.
• Prepare comprehensive reports documentation and correspondence related to structural engineering activities.
• Act as a technical liaison between the project team clients and relevant authorities addressing any structuralrelated queries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil or Structural Engineering from a reputable institution. Masters degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 15 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on highrise building projects or Towers in the UAE a must.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering solutions.
• Indepth knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and construction practices.
• Must have Site supervision experience.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS SAP2000 or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams clients and stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of site operations construction methodologies and safety protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
