Job summary

Careers International seeks a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead facade projects from conception to completion in the UAE. You will manage plans, budgets, and quality, while coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in facade/aluminium/glazing project engineering, a Civil/Structural/Mechanical background, and PMP is a plus. Dubai-based, on-site with strong safety focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in project engineering for facade/aluminium/glazing fabrication.
• Skills: proficiency in project management software and CAD; knowledge of aluminium/glazing systems.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Attributes: strong problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with scope, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate all phases of execution to meet plans and timelines.
• Provide design review and technical support for aluminium and glazing systems.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams.
• Implement quality control and conduct site inspections.
