Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai seeks a dedicated Facade Design Draftsman to join our design team. You will create detailed 2D and 3D façade drawings and ensure designs meet project objectives and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and MEP disciplines to integrate inputs and present design solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit experience a plus, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of façade design drafting experience in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or similar software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D façade drawings using CAD software with accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and MEP to integrate inputs into design.
• Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct design presentations and provide technical support to teams and clients.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in façade design technology.
