Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in metal sheet fabrication.
• Strong MIG/TIG/Arc welding experience.
• Ability to work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets.
• Good knowledge of automotive metal body structures.
• Skilled in cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling sheet metal.
• Able to read and follow technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and shape metal sheets for automotive body parts.
• Cut, bend, roll, and weld sheet metal components.
• Create custom fabrication for bumpers, racks, brackets, guards, and frames.
• Repair damaged sheet metal body parts.
• Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on metal sheets.
• Interpret drawings, templates, and measurements; fit fabricated sheet metal parts on vehicles.
• Use shearing machines, cutters, grinders, bending machines.
• Ensure accurate finishing and high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and shape metal sheets for automotive body parts
• Cut, bend, roll, and weld sheet metal components
• Create custom fabrication for bumpers, racks, brackets, guards, and frames

• Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on metal sheets
