Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Design Engineer - Sheet Metal for our automotive division. You will design and develop automotive parts and sheet metal assemblies using CATIA and SolidWorks, with focus on DFM and DFA.

Requirements include 1-2 years in automotive or sheet metal design, a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, and proficiency in CATIA and SolidWorks. Immediate joiners in Dubai are preferred; on-site role with visa and insurance benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
• 1-2 years as Design Engineer in Automotive or Sheet Metal.
• Proficient in CATIA and SolidWorks.
• Sheet Metal and Automotive design exposure required.
• GD&T, materials and manufacturing processes knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and tolerances.
• Currently in Dubai or immediate joiner preferred.

Leading Automotive Manufacturing Company in Dubai is hiring a Design Engineer - Sheet Metal & Automotive Components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop automotive parts, components & sheet metal assemblies using CATIA & SolidWorks
• Create 3D models, 2D detailed drawings & BOM as per standards
• Apply sheet metal design, fabrication & manufacturing knowledge - Ensure DFM & DFA
• Work as per customer requirements & technical specs - Basic design calculations
• Coordinate with production & quality for prototype development & approval
• Modify designs for cost reduction & quality improvement
• Maintain design documentation, drawings & records - Support NPD & design changes

Mandatory
