Job summary

Falcon Steel Industry in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced fabricator/welder to interpret blueprints and fabricate components to spec. You will select materials, use hand and power tools, and perform MIG/TIG/arc welding to ensure safety and quality.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years hands-on fabrication experience, welding certifications (AWS preferred), and familiarity with CNC machines. On-site role based in Ajman.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication or welding is a plus.
• At least 3 years hands-on fabrication experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS) or fabrication processes to demonstrate competence and expertise.
• Experience with CNC machines and programming for precision fabrication tasks is highly advantageous.
