Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for all employees based on forecast.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team.
• Evaluate team performance and initiate development.
• Set up the assigned Food & Beverage outlet timely.
• Welcome and seat arriving guests.
• Maintain a professional relationship with outlet patrons.
• Update database of regular guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
