The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an attentive Bartender who delivers the exceptional guest service the brand is known for. You’ll be the host of the space, craft memorable beverages, and build relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel.

You will follow the Gold Standards, keep the bar looking flawless, stay professional in appearance and interactions, and uphold safety and confidentiality while contributing to a memorable luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Bartenders will be host of the space, craft beverages, and deliver guest service.
• Build relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel to anticipate needs.
• Maintain a safe, professional bar environment and follow company policies.
• Uphold Ritz-Carlton standards in appearance, discretion and service.
