Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai seeks an experienced Manager for Marketing (Food & Beverage) to lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, and on-property channels, driving revenue, guest engagement and brand awareness.

You will develop seasonal activations, partnerships, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and events to lift footfall across F&B outlets while ensuring adherence to Jumeirah brand standards and compelling guest communications.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury hospitality or premium F&B brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business; CIM is advantageous.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Corporate Brand, IT, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Collaboration with external agencies, digital partners, PR firms, suppliers and publishers.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated F&B marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR and on-property channels.
• Develop seasonal activations, promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, influencer collaborations and events to boost brand positioning and guest footfall.
• Ensure consistent application of Jumeirah brand standards and compelling content across all marketing touchpoints.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to maximize ROI and support business objectives.
