Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced F&B server. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a high standard of service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Present menus explain dishes and make recommendations when required with special attention to Arabic-speaking guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and sequence of service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Clear tables reset them for the next service and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
  • Assist in setting up and preparing for service including mise en place table arrangements and side stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism escalating when necessary to supervisors.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu daily specials and promotions.
  • Follow hygiene health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall smooth operation of the F&B department.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken) is required; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
