Job description

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant bar or outlet ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experience. The role includes taking orders serving food and beverages maintaining cleanliness and upholding hotel standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present menus, provide recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently according to service standards.
  • Ensure tables, chairs and service areas are clean, well‑set and properly maintained.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process billing and payments accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels of service items (cutlery, glassware, condiments) and report shortages.
  • Follow hygiene, health and safety regulations in all aspects of work.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in setting up and closing the outlet according to operational requirements.
  • Support colleagues and contribute positively to team spirit and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
