Job summary

Top Creative Management Consultancies is seeking an experienced Extrusion Machine Operator to run a plastic profile extrusion line in Dubai. You will start up, operate, and shut down the line, ensuring product quality and minimizing downtime.

The role requires independence, shift flexibility, and hands-on troubleshooting. You will handle profiles such as data strips, window/door profiles, channels, and trims, and perform die changes, calibration, and routine maintenance while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Extrusion Machine Operator in plastic profile manufacturing.
• Experience producing data strips and profiles (window/door, channels, trims).
• Knowledge of die change, calibration, cooling and haul-off setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Run plastic profile extrusion machines independently from start-up to shutdown.

• Keep production records, report output and issues to the supervisor, and follow all safety and housekeeping rules.

• Produce straight profiles such as data strips, window/door profiles, channels and trims to the required specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator in plastic profile manufacturing.
• Experience producing data strips, window/door profiles, channels, trims or similar straight profiles. This is mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of die change and cleaning, calibration, cooling and haul-off setup.
• Able to troubleshoot and do basic preventive maintenance on extrusion lines.
• Experience with PET or PP is preferred. PVC/uPVC profile extrusion experience will also be considered.
• Able to work independently and in shifts.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC is an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Background

Plastic profile manufacturing, uPVC window/door profile extrusion, retail display accessories, or construction trims and channels.
