To support our growing projects, we are seeking an Exterior Production Engineer to join our international team and contribute to the construction of some of the most innovative catamarans in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and class standards for pleasure craft.
  • Engineer complex exterior fittings (glass, insulation, life‑saving appliances) in line with norms.
  • Manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, BoMs, logistics, and lead times.
  • Prepare and review accurate installation drawings for production.
  • Supervise and follow up during production to ensure quality and process standardization.
  • Provide technical support and after‑sales assistance for installed fittings.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills for supplier management.
  • Detail‑oriented and committed to high‑quality standards.
  • Cost‑aware, able to optimize material and supplier choices.
