Responsibilities
  • To achieve the territory sales revenue against target.
  • Generating sales enquires and issuance of quotations for all customers.
  • Making technical presentation to the customer about the product reliability & durability, production capacity and encourage factory visits.
  • Territory Business & Marketing strategy development & deployment along with the sales team.
  • Business promotion and key account management.
  • New business development through promotions, exhibitions, trade fair and seminars in all designated regions.
  • Responsible for International / Export market expansion and identify new regions with potential business opportunities. Ensure the assigned targets are met and manage the Distributor/Dealer networks.
  • Identify new product lines that sync with existing product portfolio or improvement in existing product lines as per the market demand.
  • Keep the higher leadership updated on the market trends in the respective international regions and develop strategy to cater the demand.
  • Focus on 5mm ,7mm fin-tube coil business expansion to new customers with a prime focus on Air conditioning and Refrigeration coils.
  • Improving HSE performance through review of customer requirements related to occupational health and safety.
  • Consultation and participation with subordinates on HSE related matters for effective control of risks.
  • To participate in emergency drills and report near misses in order to ensure improved safety culture.
Duties
  • Develop new business relationship, new customers, generate and negotiate business opportunities to improve revenue year after year.
  • Develop, motivate and maintain a high performing Distributor/Manufacturer Rep network and delegate the tasks in an effective manner to ensure the sales targets are met.
  • Representing the product lines to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meeting, telephone calls, emails, exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Expand business territory from local to international through proper business plan, strategy and support. Focus on 5mm and 7mm line business expansion to the US & Europe Markets.
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all business opportunities.
  • New business development through proper promotions, distribution network within the target markets through building a strong performing sales team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proper understanding of clients’ requirements and ensure it is delivered within the stipulated time frame.
  • Responding to the tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Analyzing competitors pricing and their related movements in target market. Stay updated on the latest trends in the existing product line and suggest or highlight improvement/changes necessary to stay ahead of competition.
  • Analyze customer’s perceptions on a regular basis to understand their satisfaction level and ensure it is always maintained.
  • Keep a track on their business and market perspectives and always align your sales plan to meet their requirement and demand to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum business from them.
  • Report management about the monthly sales performance about the target allocated for individual as well as team. Report the sales visits done for the respective region and update on exhibitions and seminars done.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credential pitch asking question, solution pitch, negotiation, close.
