Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced revops managers who can train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Fully remote, the role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, audit pipeline hygiene, and build funnel dashboards for GTM leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.
• Own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Audit pipeline hygiene and deliver funnel conversion dashboards relied on by leadership.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced revops managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for revops managers with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation:

$100/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
