Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire grants managers who will help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, and program materials, drawing on 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or related fields. This fully remote, part-time role offers $70/hour and 5–20 hours per week, with an ASAP start.

Formación

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced grants managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for grants managers with 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.

Compensation

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
