Role Overview
AQARCO Real Estate Broker L.C is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager specializing in off‑plan properties to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the sales process and lead a team of agents dedicated to promoting and selling off‑plan developments across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize off‑plan property sales
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities and emerging market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers, clients, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand shifts in demand and tailor sales tactics accordingly
- Enhance team performance through continuous product and sales training
- Oversee property viewings, open house events, and client meetings ensuring high service standards
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on off‑plan properties
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and off‑plan developments
- Proven leadership skills with a successful track record managing sales teams
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and real estate marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license required
