JobCenter is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for our Musaffah, UAE team. The role involves measuring and mapping land features and providing data to support construction planning.

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possess strong knowledge of surveying laws, along with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of surveying laws and regulations.
• Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure angles, distances, elevations, shapes of land using GPS systems and other equipment.
• Analyze survey objectives and data to determine land form.
• Prepare detailed maps using specialized computer software.
• Evaluate data from aerial photographs and instruments.
• Identify potential problems with existing survey measurements or maps.
• Reconcile discrepancies by adjusting measurements.
• Provide data to assist in construction planning for infrastructure projects.
• Create reports documenting surveys with all relevant details.
