We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features, and providing data to help in construction planning.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and a thorough knowledge of surveying laws and regulations. He/she must also have excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Accurately measure angles, distances, elevations, shapes, contours of land using sophisticated equipment such as GPS systems
• Analyze survey objectives, procedures and data in order to determine the form of the land
• Prepare detailed maps using specialized computer software
• Evaluate data from aerial photographs as well as instruments such as prisms/transits
• Identify any potential problems with existing survey measurements or maps
• Reconcile discrepancies by adjusting measurements
• Provide data to assist in construction planning for infrastructure projects such as dams or highways
• Create reports documenting surveys with all relevant details
