Job summary

Workato in El-Fujairah, UAE, is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support residential, commercial and public-building projects. You will measure, map, and report on land areas, ensuring precise data collection and alignment with regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and 3+ years of field experience using GPS, theodolites, levels, and CAD software. Salary offered is 1500 AED per month, with on-site work in El-Fujairah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS systems, theodolites and levels.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software is an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using GPS, theodolites, levels and 3D scanners.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on survey results.
• Prepare maps of surveyed areas using CAD software.
• Inspect properties to identify discrepancies between legal documents and measurements.
• Ensure surveys adhere to local laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of survey operations.
