Role Purpose

The Experience Producer is responsible for the full planning and delivery of guest‑facing experiences at Liwa Village: stage shows, activations, adventure & family zones. You’ll ensure programming aligns with strategy & audience and is culturally resonant, safe, smooth and on brand. Being a visible leader on site throughout the festival (build, rehearsals, live days, de‑rig) is crucial. This role suits a high‑energy positive team player who supports others and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development & finalization of the entertainment & experience program ensuring balance across engagement zones.
  • Act as the primary POC for vendors/suppliers tied to programming & entertainment.
  • Work closely with creative partners & technical teams to ensure readiness & quality.
  • Create & maintain a master programming sheet tracking all activities, timings and stakeholders.
  • Secure partnerships & branded activations that boost content & brand value.
  • Propose revenue generating ideas: premium activations, new experience formats, content partnerships.
  • Be on site throughout the festival to oversee programming delivery across all zones.
  • Troubleshoot live issues with operations, security, technical teams.
  • Oversee integration of partner activations / branded experiences.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Health & Safety, Security teams to align program with crowd flow, site safety & visitor journey.
  • Participate in daily briefings; report on zone readiness & programming status.
  • Ensure compliance with permits, capacity, safety protocols.
  • Oversee audience engagement & manage crowd flow in entertainment & activation zones.
  • Support wayfinding signage guest communication between zones.
  • Supervise daily reporting on program delivery & audience engagement.
  • Produce a post‑event evaluation report: successes, challenges, recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7-10 years in festival production / live entertainment / large scale event programming.
  • Strong creative curation, technical / live show operations background.
  • Able to read & cross‑check tech riders; ensure artist requirements are met.
  • Skilled in vendor & partner liaison; working with production crews.
  • Experience in operations safety & security in live audience settings.
  • Proven record of developing partnership & revenue‑driven experiences.
  • Exceptionally organized; strong multitasking under pressure.
  • Deep cultural awareness of the UAE / GCC event landscape.
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
