Job summary

Recode Advertising LLC in the UAE is seeking an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer with a strong background in exhibition events to support planning and on-ground execution across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role intersects design and operations, working with project managers, production teams and contractors to translate concepts into layouts, visuals and install-ready files.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design or related field.
36 years of experience in:
Exhibition design
Event / festival environments
Retail pop-ups or experiential installations
Strong understanding of materials finishes temporary structures and modular systems
Experience working on fast-paced deadline-driven projects

Responsibilities

Develop interior layouts, zoning plans and spatial concepts for exhibitions, pop-ups and event environments.
Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentations and internal planning.
Create mood boards, material palettes and design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and event themes.
Prepare 2D drawings including layouts, elevations, sections and basic construction details.
Support the event operations team with design adaptations during execution.
Coordinate with production, fit-out and fabrication teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Attend site visits, assist with measurements and adapt layouts based on on-ground conditions.
Review and adjust designs to meet municipality, civil defense, mall and venue requirements.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings for authority approvals and contractor use.
Coordinate with mall design teams to respond to technical queries.
Support brand zoning, booth allocation and tenant layouts.
Ensure all design files are updated, organized and version-controlled.
