Executive Secretary to the President/CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO
  • Manage an active calendar of meetings, appointments & travel schedules
  • Handle confidential correspondence & documentation
  • Coordinate high-level meetings & strategic activities with management teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
  • Draft reports, proposals, and corporate communications
  • Organize board meetings, finance, governance, and audit committee sessions
  • Assist in HR, finance, and corporate governance tasks
  • Support the President/CEO in external commitments & stakeholder relations
  • Manage corporate events, receptions, and high-profile gatherings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and act as the administrative liaison for Bain Strathams global operations
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or HR certification
  • 5+ years of experience in executive secretarial roles
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & digital scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with high-level executives & stakeholders
  • Discretion, professionalism & confidentiality are essential
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
