A growing beauty and wellness company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide operational and social media support. This role involves managing the founder's professional and personal needs while thriving in a dynamic environment. Candidates should enjoy multitasking, show initiative, and have a keen interest in beauty and wellness. The position offers direct mentorship from the founder in e-commerce and marketing.
Personal / Executive Assistant (Central Organisation & Social Media Support)
Working Days: Sunday–Thursday, 8am–6pm
With Direct mentorship from the Founder across E-commerce, Marketing and B2B sales.

This is not a traditional diary-management PA role. It is a hands-on operational and organisational role for someone who thrives on creating structure, keeping multiple moving parts aligned, and actioning tasks independently once shown.
The role includes privacy-sensitive, close-support responsibilities within a female-led environment, so candidates who are comfortable in this context are encouraged to apply.
Creative direction and photography are led by the Founder.
