Executive Personal Assistant - with Social Media Support

Personal / Executive Assistant (Central Organisation & Social Media Support)

Working Days: Sunday–Thursday, 8am–6pm

With Direct mentorship from the Founder across E-commerce, Marketing and B2B sales.

You’ll be managing a wide range of responsibilities, staying one step ahead, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role requires adaptability, discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute tasks independently once shown.”

This is not a traditional diary-management PA role. It is a hands-on operational and organisational role for someone who thrives on creating structure, keeping multiple moving parts aligned, and actioning tasks independently once shown.

The role includes privacy-sensitive, close-support responsibilities within a female-led environment, so candidates who are comfortable in this context are encouraged to apply.

What this role really requires:
  • You act as the Founder’s 1:1 support across her business functions and personal diary
  • You take a task once shown and can carry it through to completion
  • You keep full oversight of what’s happening, timeline and priority across the business
  • You bring structure, calm and clarity to a fast-paced environment
  • You support Social Media, Canva layouts (direction provided)
  • You can switch easily between admin, operations and content support
  • You ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Key responsibilities:
Organisation & Business Coordination (core function)
  • Maintain oversight of all tasks, projects, deadlines and priorities
  • Track follow-ups and ensure nothing is missed
  • Build structured weekly/monthly calendars and run sheets
  • Turn voice notes and ideas into actionable plans
  • Keep files, systems and shared folders organised
  • Coordinate with suppliers, operations, PR and internal teams
  • Anticipate needs and ensure workflow runs smoothly
Executive & Personal Support
  • Inbox management, including school-related emails
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments and travel
  • Managing logistics and day-to-day coordination
  • Ensuring the Founder stays prepared and ahead of schedule
Business & Operations Support
  • Supplier follow-ups and basic sales support
  • Preparing documents, summaries and presentations
  • Light Shopify and general admin tasks
  • Supporting operational tasks as needed
Creative & Social Support
  • Build simple Canva stories and layouts from provided inspiration
  • Assist with Instagram Stories (text, captions, sequencing, uploads)
  • Support with product/lifestyle content setup
  • Organise digital assets and content folders

Creative direction and photography are led by the Founder.
