- Prepare, record, and circulate accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
- Handle travel arrangements including itineraries and bookings.
- Oversee office administration and vendor coordination.
- Manage confidential correspondence and documents.
