Job summary

Vertiv Co in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Data Analyst to design and deliver structured data reporting and scalable dashboards for executive decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection, quality, and efficiency, delivering insightful analyses and timely reporting to leadership.

The role emphasizes Power BI development, data modelling, and automation to drive business outcomes in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in data management, reporting or analysis.
Proficient with databases, preferably relational.
Strong ability to summarise, interpret, and communicate data insights.
Experience preparing executive reports and project performance reporting.
Advanced Excel and Office skills.
Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools.
SQL proficiency; knowledge of M and DAX desirable.

Responsibilities

Analyse, prepare, and present data for executive and project stakeholders.
Prepare KPIs and metrics for executive reports and presentations.
Create reports and dashboards to support engineering project management and executive reporting.
Design report layouts with executive summaries, KPIs, and visuals.
Review data collection methods and identify improvements.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Engineering leadership.
Create data tables, templates, trackers, and structured datasets.
Automate data collection and reporting processes.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting readiness.
Identify trends and opportunities from structured and unstructured data.
Support cross-functional teams with analytics and data-driven decisions.
Develop and enhance BI and reporting solutions.
Apply data transformation, cleansing, and standardisation techniques.
