Job summary

Black & Grey, partnering with a UAE-based leader in Renewable Energy and Infrastructure, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to translate strategy into scalable execution across EPC, Energy Efficiency and related sectors. You will drive operational discipline, performance, and customer-focused delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in project-driven, technically complex environments.
• At least 7 years in executive leadership with multidisciplinary teams and client-facing accountability.
• Proven track record delivering Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, EV Infrastructure and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: translate vision into clear strategies and performance objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems and capabilities across the organization.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, efficiency and accountability.
• Build infrastructure and capabilities to support future growth.
• Contribute to new business lines, markets and partnerships.
• Oversee project and service delivery across EPC, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, EV Infrastructure, Sustainability and Engineering projects.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, within-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead governance, risk management and performance reporting to the CEO and ExCo.
