JobLeader is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our restaurant in Khalifah A City, UAE. The role offers a monthly salary of 1200 and is open to foreigners.

The Executive Chef will lead kitchen operations, develop menus, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety standards while delivering exceptional hospitality. Candidates with strong attitude are welcome, even those with no formal experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in professional kitchen management.
• Proven record of creating delicious, innovative dishes.
• Ability to develop, manage, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• No experience is required for the role. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience but the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus with input from clients or customers.
• Create new recipes and menus according to customer preferences.
• Monitor food preparation methods for quality assurance.
• Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks accordingly.
• Monitor inventory of supplies such as ingredients and kitchen tools.
• Oversee health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
