• The successful applicant will have a wealth of knowledge in a variety of international cuisines and dishes.
• The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing creative menus that are innovative yet remain cost effective.
• They must possess excellent communication skills as well as strong leadership abilities in order to ensure that all kitchen staff are working together effectively.
• The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience at an executive level within a professional kitchen setting.
