Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment.
• Proven track record of creating innovative recipes and menus.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop new dishes and menus based on customer feedback.
• Monitor food costs and adjust recipes to meet budget targets.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
• Ensure all dishes meet high quality standards in taste, presentation, temperature, freshness and portions.
• Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes and presentation styles.
• Maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen at all times.
