Job summary

ONEX in Dubai is seeking a professional Driver to provide safe transportation for management and guests, with discretion and high presentation standards. You will also support basic office tasks and maintain confidentiality of schedules.

The role requires 5–10 years of UAE driving experience, an official UAE Light Vehicle license, and multilingual skills in English and Arabic. A bachelor’s degree is not required but preferred, and professional certifications can be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE driving experience.
• Official UAE driving license for Light Vehicle.
• Multilingual abilities: English and Arabic essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transport for management and guests to meetings, airports, and events.
• Plan routes in advance, considering traffic and schedules.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and courtesy with guests and external parties.
• Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, fueled, and roadworthy.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and license renewals with vendors.
• Maintain logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle usage.
• Assist with general office tasks, including filing and MS Office use.
• Help with errands, document delivery, and collection for management.
• Protect confidentiality of schedules and guest information.
• Adapt to schedule changes and after-hours requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
