Job summary

A leading firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to manage the CFO’s calendar, prepare financial documents, and coordinate meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance and at least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment and requires excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Ability to manage the CFO's calendar and schedule efficiently.
  • Experience in handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CFO and stakeholders.
