Executive Assistant to CEO / General Manager – High-Level Role (Dubai)

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the CEO / General Manager of a growing international group based in Dubai. This role requires total reliability, confidentiality, and flexibility — including availability during early mornings, late nights, and weekends when required. You will manage complex schedules, handle sensitive communications, and ensure that the CEO’s day runs with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar, travel, and international meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Liaise with global partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
  • Support personal and business logistics, including travel and document handling.
  • Maintain order, structure, and follow-through on all commitments.
Requirements
