The Opportunity (Internship—Contractor)

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant / Operations Intern to support our Founders. This is a contractor role designed for Master’s graduates in HR or Communications who are proactive, can work in parallel streams at high capacity, and want hands‑on exposure to operations, people, and comms. All training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and inbox for founders
  • Draft and polish decks, reports, briefs, agendas, investor notes
  • Track actions and ensure follow‑through across teams and partners
  • Support hiring & onboarding (job posts, screening, scheduling, documentation)
  • Drive internal communications and meeting notes; maintain Notion/Docs
  • Help build simple, scalable systems for ops/Admin (templates, checklists, SOPs)
  • Assist on special projects and time‑sensitive tasks with tight turnarounds
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Hold (or are completing) a Master’s in HR or Communications OR Have Significant Experience in a Similar Role
  • Communicate clearly and professionally (written & verbal)
  • Are hyper‑organised, detail‑oriented, and anticipate needs
  • Can multitask across parallel workstreams without dropping balls
  • Are confident with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom (or quick to learn)
  • Enjoy fast‑paced, startup‑style environments and take initiative
