Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant – Financial Affairs Department (Dubai, UAE)

Our client, a leading company in Dubai, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Financial Affairs Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or University degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-Level executives.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain a structured workflow.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information securely.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare manager’s expense and travel statements.
  • Track incoming/outgoing documents and ensure proper filing and archiving.
  • Welcome guests and coordinate meetings with the respective manager.
