This is a dynamic, multifaceted role ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both high-level administration and creative event execution in a growing luxury design company.

Executive Support
  • Manage CEO and senior management calendars, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support project administration and research tasks
Event Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of 2-3 major events per quarter (showroom events, design workshops, client gatherings)
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners under guidance
  • Manage guest lists, RSVs, and on-site logistics
  • Collaborate with team on event concepts aligned with brand
  • Assist with post-event reporting and partnership follow-up
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years in PA, admin, or event coordination roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to context-switch
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable in startup environment with varied, evolving responsibilities
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently
  • Knowledge of Dubai market preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new tools
