Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with a boutique consulting firm that supports a select group of high-profile clients across investment, enterprise, brand, and non-profit sectors. Our client is looking to hire a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team based in the UAE.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support to senior managers across international offices and working in a fast paced dynamic environment. The role ensures the smooth and professional operation of daily activities, through effective management of complex calendars, coordinating meetings and oversight of all travel related arrangements. Acting as a key liaison, the executive assistant engages with high-profile clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing internal and external documents, and supporting with event coordination. The role requires handling sensitive information with utmost discretion and effectively prioritising set tasks. Maintaining a high level of professionalism in a collegial environment is essential.

The role involves working across different time zones and therefore requires a high level of flexibility, as well as the ability and willingness to travel for business when necessary. Exceptional written and spoken English skills are a prerequisite, along with natural ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

A high level of competence in managing complex travel logistics, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and handling expense reporting with accuracy and efficiency is essential as these are core responsibilities of the role and critical to supporting the leadership team effectively.
