Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Dubai, with the flexibility for occasional work from home. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage executive schedules, prepare expense reports, and assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Responsibilities also include streamlining communication, organizing documents, and planning meetings or events as required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Experience in handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and scheduling software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience working in a start-up or corporate services environment is a plus
  • Confidence in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
