Our client is seeking a highly dynamic and technologically advanced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to the Chairman. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—it is a strategic partnership focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance productivity, streamline global coordination, and drive informed decision-making at the highest level.

The ideal candidate is an organized, forward-thinking professional with a passion for AI and the ability to integrate innovative tools seamlessly into daily workflows. You will act as the right hand to the Chairman, ensuring his schedule, projects, and communications are managed with precision, discretion, and foresight.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Executive Support & Coordination
    • Manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Act as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison, optimizing his time and focus on high-level priorities.
    • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations for meetings and international business trips.
    • Provide on-the-ground support during business trips, accompanying the Chairman when required.
  • 2. AI Integration & Tech Innovation
    • Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced AI tools (e.g., for automation, data analysis, communication, and research) to enhance the Chairman’s efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain custom AI-driven systems for tasks such as data organization, reporting, and workflow automation.
    • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools, proactively recommending and testing solutions aligned with the Chairman’s objectives.
  • 3. Office Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Oversee the smooth operation of the Chairman’s office, ensuring a productive and professional environment.
    • Serve as the central point of contact between the Chairman and group companies, departments, and external partners.
    • Lead or support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using and integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, data analysis software).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
