Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (an Emirati leader) of a newly formed holding company in the Digital Media Marketing Services. The role is based in Abu Dhabi.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Director, manage the daily operations of the Director's office, and take on a leadership role in managing day-to-day operations, engagements and schedules.

Key Responsibilities – Executive Support
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and daily agenda.
  • Draft reports, official communications, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain smooth and professional communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
Office & Operations Management
  • Oversee the organization and administration of the Director's office.
  • Maintain efficient systems for communication and document handling.
  • Ensure confidentiality and manage sensitive business information.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level support or management roles.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
