About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Executive & Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, maintains strict confidentiality, and is experienced in both administrative and HR functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑day operations and providing personal and professional support to the MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information and personal matters.
  • Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Handle HR‑related tasks such as employee records, onboarding coordination with payroll and benefits providers and other administrative HR functions.
  • Coordinate office operations, supplies and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and take initiative.
