Job summary

Bateel International is seeking a Waiter in Dubai to provide exceptional food and beverage service. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering a personalised guest experience that delights and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities include order handling, ensuring quality, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding HACCP standards while working as part of a multi-cultural team in a fast-paced café environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English language.
• Able to communicate effectively in a multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guests’ orders and input orders in the Café till system.
• Check the quality and consistency of food and beverages before serving.
• Efficiently clear tables and plates.
• Notify the Manager of guests’ needs and requests.
• Check setups and organize the side station before/after each shift.
• Complete cleaning duties as per the schedule and duty manager guidance.
• Adhere to all service standards and SOPs.
