Job summary

JobCenter in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The role involves operating a range of excavators on a large project, following safety regulations and SOPs.

You will maintain the machine and support site operations. The position offers a salary of 1,300 AED per month with health insurance as part of a comprehensive benefits package; foreign applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents related to equipment.
• Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks and long shifts.
• Basic understanding of excavator operation and safety protocols.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators in compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
• Manage excavation tasks including site prep, trenching, grading, backfilling and demolition work.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator arm or attachments.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure machine readiness.
• Adhere to company policies while performing duties.
