Job summary

Aertssen Machinery Services is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator in the UAE to support site preparation, trenching, foundation digging, and utility installation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Oil & Gas or related earthworks and holds UAE Heavy Machinery License 8, with proficiency in English.

You will operate various excavator types, use GPS systems, and work closely with site teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution in our expanding Middle East operations.

Qualifications

Proficient English reading/writing.
Experience operating excavators and heavy machinery.
UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License 8 is required.
3+ years in Oil & Gas, rock works or reclamation.
GPS knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Operate excavators (long reach) with GPS and attachments safely and efficiently.
Excavate trenches, rockworks, reclamation per specifications.
Perform pre-start inspections and daily checks.
Load/unload materials; inspect equipment before/after use.
Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other operators; maintain a clean, safe work area.
