Huda Beauty is seeking an organized Events Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract in the MEAI region. You will translate global event briefs into regionally tailored events, support the planning and execution of high-profile brand events, product launches and masterclasses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure memorable experiences aligned with brand values.

The role requires travel, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years in influencer marketing or event

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, ensuring each one reflects the brand's values and market positioning.
• Support the adaptation and execution of global event strategies to meet regional needs of MEAI.
• Manage timelines, and logistics to ensure quality, efficiency, and a great event experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external vendors for smooth event execution.
• Conduct post-event analysis and provide insights to improve future event performance and ROI.
• Support the preparation of reports, strategy documents, and presentations for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Summary: We are looking for an organized and creative Events Specialist to help execute event marketing strategies for the MEAI region. This position is ideal for a marketer with strong event execution skills who is capable of transforming global event briefs into regionally tailored, impactful events. You will support the Assistant Event Manager in the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses that resonate with the community and meet regional needs. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure each event runs smoothly. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics while ensuring every event is aligned with our brand's values and marketing objectives.

Please note that this role is a 9-month fixed term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, ensuring each one reflects the brand's values and market positioning
• Support the adaptation and execution of global event strategies to meet the cultural and regional needs of the Middle East, Africa, and India
• Manage timelines, and logistics to ensure quality, efficiency, and an outstanding event experience
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external vendors to ensure smooth and cohesive event execution
• Conduct post-event analysis and provide insights to improve future event performance and ROI
• Support the preparation of reports, strategy documents, and presentations for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful large-scale events
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in event planning software
• Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Resilience, creativity & high level of agility
• Excellent team player
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Travel is required
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management and/or event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferable
