Job Title: Events, Project Management

Core Responsibilities
- Logistics coordination: Handle all logistical details, including selecting and booking venues, arranging catering, managing audiovisual equipment, and organizing transportation.
- Vendor and supplier management: Source, negotiate with, and manage contracts for all vendors, including caterers, entertainers, and technical staff.
- Marketing and promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and reach the target audience.
- On-site execution: Supervise event setup, manage on-the-day operations, and coordinate staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Risk management: Identify potential problems and develop contingency plans to address them.
- Post-event analysis: Conduct a post-event evaluation to assess success, gather feedback, and provide detailed reports.
- Planning and strategy: Define event objectives, develop concepts, and create detailed plans that align with client needs and company goals.
- Budget management: Create and manage event budgets, track expenditures, and negotiate costs with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Years of experience: 1+ years in Events, project management, or planning.
- Degree: Minimum of Bachelor Degree.
