Job summary

IBIS STYLES Dubai is seeking a customer-focused Restaurant Associate to uphold brand standards, deliver warm service, and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. You will be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions, and handle guest questions confidently.

This role requires excellent English, strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment, and flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Demonstrates brand standards in all interactions
• Promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all the Colleagues
• Consistently offer professional friendly and warm service
• Demonstrate understanding of Restaurant Policies, Procedures and Service Standards as outlined by the hotel
• Fully knowledgeable about Menu and Beverage lists in your outlet and all promotions
• Answer guest questions about menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow safety and sanitation policies; participate in health and safety procedures
