Job summary

Tanami Properties in Dubai is seeking a motivated European Secondary Property Consultant to connect clients with upcoming projects, guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximize sales opportunities in Dubai’s dynamic market.

You will build relationships with investors, end-users and developer sales teams, present projects, attend launches and manage leads through campaigns and networking. Fluent English required; Arabic and other languages welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai, luxury property preferred.
• Ability to self-generate business and build client relationships.
• Strong investment mindset with good market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
