Job summary

Cosurger Global Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimator in Al Quoz, Dubai. You will prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for residential and commercial fit-out projects, collaborating with design, procurement and project teams to keep bids competitive.

The role requires 2+ years UAE fit-out estimation experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD, with PlanSwift/CostX advantageous. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• At least 2 years fit-out estimation experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, finishes and MEP cost components.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; PlanSwift or CostX experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to handle several tenders.
• Good communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study drawings, specifications and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQs, pricing schedules and complete tender submissions within deadlines.
• Get and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and finishes.
• Visit sites to assess scope, take measurements and verify conditions.

• Track material prices, labour rates and market trends in UAE fit-out industry.
• Support variation pricing and cost control during project execution.
• Maintain an organised database of rates, quotations and past estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQs, pricing schedules, and complete tender submissions within deadlines.
• Get and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials, joinery, MEP, and finishes.
• Visit sites to assess project scope, take measurements, and verify existing conditions.
• Work with designers and project managers on value engineering and cost-saving alternatives.
